Update 16.02.2022: I recommend to download the presupported version "Groot_PlantPot3_Plate.lys".

I'm new to 3D printing and I commissioned this for a friend in my freetime. He wanted a deodorant holder, as when it's coming close to being empty, he had to turn the roller upside down somehow.
I know there exists a bazillion groot planters out there, but this time I wanted to do it on my own. So I remixed the original model and did the following using blender (also first time ^^):

• create a hole in the head to fit a Nivea for Men Deodorant Roller
• improved the neck and throat, as the previous remix was quite sloppy when putting the head on the body and it's much more sturdy now.
• general touchups and smooting on some parts of the model.

Info: The plates barely fit on a Anycubic Photon Mono. It's really on the edge ^^ (One toe will be cut) But In my case I could not size it smaller due to intention to fit the Nivea Deodorant Roller Upside down. Feel free to resize when used as plant pot!

I created also a Base with flock and painted Groot with the following colors:

• Basecoat: Standard Mechanicum Grey (GW)
• Brown: Vallejo Burnt Umber (71.040) -> Airbrushed
• Green: Vallejo Light Green Charm (71.006 -> Airbrushed
• Black Eyes: Vallejo Black + Gloss Varnish afterwards.
