The retention clips were broken on the hood/cover for the Speedometer on my Smart Roadster - the previous owner had use velcro to reattach it, but it was always a terrible solution and fell off over time when the adhesive failed.
This clip glues neatly in the location of the previous clips, and engages well.
I used generic superglue, but any decent glue will suffice.
