Summary

This is a small LED Cube build from blue LEDs.

It was build with a couple of LEDs with 5mm diameter. They are all soldered together with Ø0,6mm copper wire. All the cathodes of the flats are soldered together.
The soldering was done with a 3d-printable baseplate which is also included in the project-files).

You can find the circuit diagram for the controller board as an image in the project files. If you want to use another case or run another program on the microcontroller, there is also a reset-button in the circuit diagram but you don't have to use on your circuit board.

The LED Cube is mounted inside a Case that was lasercut out of Ø3mm thick wood. All wooden parts were glued. The side where the USB-Cable for Power supply is plugged in can be opened in case you need acess to the controller board. In the example Program from me it really doesn't matter, which LED you connect to which output of the shift register, because it is a random display view. What you should connect right are the Pins reserved for the transistors.

You can download the source and the compiled program for my exampe programm on github
