These are Slinkwings from Rescue Riders (How to Train Your Dragon for young kids). The ones with horns are male such as Snoop (the "good" one) and Lurke. The ones without horns are female like Vizza. The articulated versions have slightly longer necks and tails than what's in the show, but it looks great when coiled and bent and allows for a large range of motion.
Getting the articulated versions to balance like what's shown in the picture is difficult, but it can be done without glue; it just takes a bit of careful balancing. Mostly, it's fun to wiggle them around and run their necks and tails through your fingers.
The articulated versions are designed to be printed in place with no supports or build plate adhesion. The fixed versions will need supports. The legs on the fixed versions are somewhat fragile, but I wanted it to be as close to the version in the show as I could manage.
