The file 'Slim Shoe Rack 3D Printer Model' is (f3d,stl) file type, size is 423.6KB.
This is a really compact shoe rack that I designed for the entrance to our motorhome. It is easily attached using large command adhesive strips and can hold a pair of shoes up to size 11.
This is best printed with 3 top and bottom layers, 5 walls and 7% infill to strike a balance between material usage and strength.
eSUN PLA+ or PETG are good materials to use as they are both pretty durable to impact and flexing that is likely to happen in daily use.
When printing the base section it is best to flip the face that you will see to be the one on the print bed as that will give a cleaner look, especially when printing on a glass bed. The stepped effect from the layering process on a taper will then be hidden at the back against the wall.
You will need 2 x M4 16 or 20mm bolts. Washers are optional.
3M Large Command strips were used to attach to the wall.
