So I needed a light mount to attach this rather thick rechargeable flashlight that I found on Alixpress to my shotgun and I came up with this. The flashlight body is 27mm.
You will also need two 7.5" zip ties and I used two small squares of that rubber grip stuff you see sold as shelf liners (thinner is better). Mount it according to your handing (ie the power button on the same side as your support hand).
Admittedly it's a bit of a reach to turn on and off, but it meets the needs.
