1/2 inch 20 TPI threading. You may need an adapter for aftermarket shift knobs. There are many with the 1/2 inch UNF thread you can grab that'll work perfectly with this. You can also use a bit of Loctite or Superglue to lock it in place but I managed to tighten mine enough so its sturdy. PLA or other filament could also be used but I used PLA+. Thread on the knurled nut then thread on the skull and tighten the knurled nut to the skull securely.
