The file 'SKR 1.4 Controller Box Model 4 3D Printer Model' is (3MF,zip,STL) file type, size is 10.6MB.

Summary

-------------------------------This is a control box made to hold up:

-raspberry pi 3/4
-BIQU SKR 1.4 or 1.3
-50x50x10 fan
-two LM2596 DC-DC converters
-Multiple heated bed Mosfet
-Z axis multiplier
-two power switch

Things might seem tight inside, but it gives all components easy access to airflow, and phisical maintenance. The box can be printed in a Prusa i3 printer with at least a 210x210 bed.

It has mounting screws holes for a profile on the bottom of the case and sides, ins order to be mounted in any position you need, if you need to mount it to an Ender 3, we recommend that you use the mirror function of Cura to make it fit. All holes have a +0.2mm size overcut to compensate overextrusion.

The list of required bolts might differ from one mounting to another, but the basic sizes are:

M3 20mm for door hinges
M3 20mm for fan enclosure
M3 16mm for fan to door
M3 8mm for electronic boards to box (some people suggested 6mm are good as well, as another alternative, M3 10mm with the 3mm spacers)
M2.5 8mm for raspberry pi (some people have reported to use 6mm without problems)
M4 to fix the board to profiles or structure

Important!!! the fan must be positioned to extract hot air from inside, not no blow, repeat, the fan takes air from inside the box, and blows it outside, otherwhise it won't work properly and heat will cycle inside the box, provoquing heat poquets near components. Also we recommend Delta fans, as they come in a 20ish db versions with 12 and 24v and in 50x50 size.

*The tapped holes are intended, cut them if you need that hole with a razer, once the print is done, no need to stop at layer 14, or any other.

*There is now a fan adapter for those of you who want to use a 4010 fan.

**Older versions have been moved to legacy in their respective post

Sharing file format has been moved to 3mf, it provides better printing resolution and is easier to edit than an stl if any of you need it. Other file format can be requested via PM if you need them.
