The connection of the head and body was not a complete mesh and left holes along the side and a giant down the middle of the neck. I connected these meshes and smoothed the connection a bit for a nicer surface finish. The model has been solidified so that the hole present in the neck is now gone and will be printed with your infill settings. Everything has been smoothed out and the file size is a comfy 10% of what it used to be. When I manage time later, I will further the smoothing of the neck/body connection, but don't wait up for it as it may be a while, or never! Thanks.
TL;DR Merged the head and body mesh, removed the hole in the neck by making the model solid, smoothed the connection point, reduced file size from 212mb to 23mb. Woohoo size savings! (Also slices and loads faster!)
