We changed out a couple sink faucets this weekend, and these tools came in handy for the locknuts (those hand-screw nuts that hold the faucet to the sink on either side - see pic.) The ones we were removing had been put on too tight (saw some glue residue?) - hence the wrench. And the ones we added didn't hold the faucet tightly - hence the washers.
The wrench and slide-on washers can be used even if the water lines are attached. The locknut and closed washers require removal of the water line.
I needed the 28mm (wide inner diameter) washers because my faucet had a shaft around the threads that was making the smaller ones ineffective.
