This a single string capo for the 5th string of a 5 strings bass (0.130 gauge), inspired by the fretlocks system (http://fretlocks.com). I use it to simulate a D string instead of a B string putting it in the 3rd fret. To make it work you need some biadhesive to keep the capo in place and always rember to remove it after playing to avoid damages on your fretboard by the tape glue.
If you need if for other strings gauges you can ask them to me OR edit my tinkercad project:

To calculate the distances between the blocks use the pythagorean theorem, remember that string's gauge it's the diameter expressed in inches (example, 0.130 inches equal to 3,302 millimeters) and you need to have this value as diagolan distance between the blocks in order to fit the string.
