I've modded my Simsonn throttle pedal to work like the VRS throttle pedal with the spring screwed tightly, removing the need to guide the spring at all.
The result is the smoothest pedal I've ever driven (together with the VRS), since the only friction comes from the ball bearing at the base of the pedal-arm.
Small block has a width of 19.80mm; Depth 26mm
Big block has a width of 30.30mm; 22mm
You need:
Side mounting screws:
2x M5/M6x25-30
2x M5/M6x35-40
Spring mounting screws:
1x M5/M6x30-35 (longer, and it hits the pedal-face!)
1x M5/M6x30 (longer isn't an issue)
I simply used 6x M6x35.
The washers are all 6.4x20x1.5mm (14x).
STEP File is attached to adjust the blocks for other pedals :)
