V1: Replacement pulley for a Simpson 4kg clothes dryer.
Use the factory steel spindle centre and press it into the centre while the print is still hot.
I have printed it in ABS which was scaled to 100.23% for the correct fit.
Use supports, and 100% infill.
V2: uses 608 bearings (skateboard bearings). this version will last much longer. Use epoxy to ensure the bearings do not ever come loose. Also not there is holes to support 3 and 4mm bolts to ensure the layers do not ever delaminate. Print with 12 top and bottom layers, and 6 wall layers. 50% gyroid infill will be plenty.
Use supports.
