Oh no, not again another ball bearing...
Sorry, but I just have to show my final design. jonathanw's comment on my last ball bearing ( http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:57762 ) gave me new ideas. I reduced the bearing to three parts. The inner ring is now made of one piece and need not to be snapped together.
Unfortunately the assembly is a little bit more complicated. I made a simple assembly tool that makes things easier. Take a look at this video for the assembly sequence:
