The file 'Simplest Timelapse For Ender 3 3D Printer Model' is (STL) file type, size is 74.4KB.

Summary

Very simple to print and assemble timelapse recording attachment. Only 2 parts to print, and one screw to replace.
No need to disassemble the fan of the extruder.
For using this, you'll need to have a Bluetooth-shutter-remote which looks like the one in the pictures.
The remote is paired with almost any smartphone.
You can buy one as part of a kit in the following link:
https://www.banggood.com/custlink/3mmhVi72LG

After printing the two parts, you should remove one screw from your ender (M4 - 8mm), replace it with M4 - 10mm screw.
Then attach the remote holder to the same position of the previous screw.
The second part (Lever) can be clip on the remote as shown in the pictures.
I've added a 8mm-diameter magnet in the hole of the remote-holder. this magnet holds the remote in place (attracts the internal battery of the remote), but it feels like it can hold firmly without the magnet as well.

Then you should add a specific code lines to the g-code of your prints, in order to tell the printer to move the printing head to the lever, at the end of each layer. There are some video guides for that, but I will probably upload one of my own sometime soon, so please feel free to subscribe to my YouTube channel (mainly in Hebrew):

In case you have an iOS device, you may want to print another lever which can be found in this Make: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6795293?utm_campaign=SystemNotificationEmail&utm_medium=email&utm_source=newremix#google_vignette

Enjoy it and please share if you printed one...
