This is a simple phone stand that can be used as a standalone but is designed to screw onto a tripods quick release pad. Fits larger phones with ease, I have a Galaxy 6S Edge + in an Otter Box Defender Case. Requires one rubber band and a 1/4 20 Hex Nut. I used CA Glue to secure the nut.
I realize I have the mount backwards in the picture. :D
EDIT: Beefed up the attachment point for the rubber band on the top piece and re uploaded it.
EDIT2: Redesigned the stand to hold a thicker phone, I glued in 2mm foam that I got from Amazon to the top and bottom to cushion the phone. If you have a thicker phone like the Galaxy S10+ or you use an Otter box case choose the Thicc files.
EDIT3: Added a 10mm shorter version (Thicc n Short) per request.
