The file 'Simple Shelf Pin 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 17.9KB.
Replacement shelf pin, kept this super simple to make it easy to print. Such a small part, no need to complicate it to save a small amount of material. Pin is 0.193" in diameter or about 5mm.
There are three versions:
Shelf Pin.stl - the super simple version - 0.159" offset between the pin and shelf support
Shelf Pin Lite.stl - the version with extraneous material removed - 0.159" offset
Shelf Pin Lite Flush.stl - the version without the 0.159" offset between the pin and the shelf - this one is offset by the pin radius (0.193"/2) to eliminate the need for printing supports
I increased the wall count until the part was solid but you could just as easily set your infill to 100%. I probably wouldn't sit on the shelf personally, but it might hold for a minute or two if you did, or break out the pin holes on the base material.
Highly recommend printing this with the pin horizontal to the bed. Strength is greatly increased in this orientation vs. printing with the pin facing up. The shear strength of the filament is much higher than the shear strength of the inter-layer bond from the printing process based on some mostly unscientific testing I did in the garage...
