A really simple but strong shelf bracket.
Dimensions:
90mm high (side that attaches to wall)
90mm deep (side that shelf sits onto)
20mm thick
The two wall mount screw holes are 5mm in diameter (with a 9mm countersunk entry) and work perfectly with the screws below.
Wall Mount: Designed to work with 7G 30mm or 40mm plasterboard screws such as:
7G 30mm - https://www.bunnings.com.au/zenith-7g-x-40mm-bugle-head-plasterboard-screws-100-pack_p2408723
7G 40mm - https://www.bunnings.com.au/zenith-7g-x-30mm-bugle-head-plasterboard-screws-100-pack_p2408715
I used some decking timber from the local hardware store (Bunnings in Australia) and that works nicely for a thin shelf. There are two screw mount holes for the shelf side. They are 3.5mm in diameter (with a 5mm countersunk entry) and work perfectly with the screws below.
Designed to work 8G 20mm screws to secure the timber shelf material to the bracket. Such as: https://www.bunnings.com.au/zenith-8g-x-20mm-zinc-plated-hinge-long-thread-timber-screws-100-pack_p2434037
Print laying flat (use your slicer to rotate the object so it is laying flat, no supports needed)
