I was inspired by Kinpatsu's awesome animal ear tutorial for my Halloween costume this year, but didn't have any worbla/thermoplastic foam for the base. So I just modeled the basic shape and printed it in PLA!

Instructions:
Lay flat on the buildplate, resize as desired. Duplicate the model, and mirror the duplicate model for the other ear.
Once printed, take the models, heat them in hot water or with a heat gun to soften the plastic, and gently shape them as desired. Let them cool once you're happy with the shape, and decorate as desired.
I used short-haired black and white fake fur to cover the base, then sewed in some acrylic yarn for the longer hairs, brushed it out, and finally added some color with pastel crayons.
