The file 'Simple Ear Hooks For JBL Tune Buds Headphones 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 561.8KB.
The JBL tune buds headphones stay quite poorly in my ears, which of course is bad for sound quality and the noise canceling. Probably running with these would be practically impossible without them dropping (haven't even tried though). Hence I designed a simple ear hook where the Buds clip quite firmly in place and can't drop thanks to the hook going around the ear.
I haven't yet extensively tested these in use, but this version at least fits the Buds well and my ears well enough to publish. I'll upload updates if I end up making refinements. Share me your experiences with your ears if you end up printing them as well!
Prints easily without supports or a raft, brim is recommended. I used 0.15 layer height and PETG for slightly more flex, but probably PLA works just as well. There's only the right ear piece in the STL so that you can test fit first with one before printing the other. Remember to mirror the left piece in the slicer.
