There are a ton of great battery holders and organizers on Thingiverse, but I thought it would be more fun to design my own. This simple holder will organize 12 AA and 8 AAA batteries.
I put this next to my charger to keep my spare batteries nice and tidy.
Try printing at 102-103%. That seems to give a little more room for certain batteries.
