This is a clamp to organize cables, it can be attached to any place using a 4mm screw. The lock of the clamp will not dettach unless the PLA brakes.

Recommendations:
Print with NO SUPPORTS, all overhangs are bridges so it shouldn't be a problem
You might want to reinforce the infill on Base.stl around the screw hole, since over-tightening the scew might brake the piece
