Yes more is better - when it comes to bearing holders anyway.
Tired of snapping those pesky bearing holders when you tighten the screw one turn too many? well I know I am so this design uses four individual bearing holders keyed into position on a rigid x-carriage platform.
No laminar separation or splitting issues here.

The four other holes in the top of the platform are for 5mm LEDs -connect 4 blue or red ones in series directly across 12 volts - like your fan supply for example.
