The file 'Simgrade VX Pro Simagic Haptic Pedal Reactor HPR Mount 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 2.2MB.
This is a basic mount I created for the Simgrade VX Pro Pedals to allow mounting of the Simagic Haptic Pedal Reactor HPR.
There are two designs for this based on feedback, please measure the nut the VXPro has which secures the pedal face and download either 7mm or 6.7mm version STL.
This is just a raw design which appears to work, it could be improved to angle so the wire can hang down but only noticed this after printing. It feels too late to redesign and essentially this already works fine, it may also weaken the design.
I created this after being disappointed there was no free design for this pedal make... hopefully it helps someone.
Note you will need 2x m4 20mm countersunk bolts to replace the 15mm bolts holding the pedal face on. You will reuse the nut (which the 3d print is sized for). The design can accommodate up to 25mm length bolt but 20mm is what this is designed to take.
Be carful when removing the bolts as there is a load of washers between the pedal and mount
Installation:
Install the new bolts securing the pedal face but leave a 5mm gap between the nut and pedal for the 3d print to slot down on to, then tighten up the bolts.
The wire is designed to face up due to lack of clearance below.
The nut space in the 3d print is designed to hold the nut tight so if you remove the bolts the nuts will be held securely.
Printing:
I didn't do anything special but selected 20% infill with supports, this was done with PLA+ and seems very solid.
