The file 'Silicone Blood Vessel Simulator For Microsurgery Practise 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 68.3KB.
This print is a casting mould to generate 20 small soft silicone tubes to mimic small blood vessels for surgical training. In addition to the 3D printed parts, 20 straight metal rods of 2.14mm diameter are required. The sacrificial stems of 4mm-diameter pop rivets fulfil these criteria. The parts are printed in PETG with 15% infill, no supports required. After printing and inserting rods, the parts are glued together with hot glue to create a water-tight seal: use clamps to keep parts snugly held together while gluing. Use adhesive tape to create a lip around the top of the mould. Pour liquid silicone and allow to cure fully before dis-assembling.
