A case for the MAX2870 RF signal generator from AliExpress and elsewhere, it will probably fit the AD985X boards as it's just the chip that changes.
The case is held together with M2.5x3 or M2.5x4 screws from either side which screw into the standoffs.
The text is just the final layer, get your slicer to change colours on that layer.
