I designed this to mount my radio in a custom flight case, but could not test it out jet.
My plan is to use a 10mm spacer made from PETG as well as a 1mm one made from flexible TPU on each side. The TPU will face the radio to make firm contact without scratching it.
I printed it with 28% infill and grid pattern to handle potential pressure when case is doped, part feels rock solid but is quite light.
