I have an Exposure (rebrand of Shutter Precision) PD-8X 6V, 3W dynamo hub, for which I got exactly one contact housing & connector.

Took the best measurements I could with calipers; they're very small pieces & therefore hard to measure.

I didn't take any special measures for 3D printing; just exactly what I read off of the pieces. Highest resolution/layer height would be recommended.

I am particularly concerned about whether or not the snap fit will work.

Untested. Let me know if you do test it.

Update: see the last picture. Pictured on the bottom is a Shimano dynamo hub connector. The top row are the respective SP connector components. As far as I can tell, without taking measurements they should both work the same. The SP one is a bit wider (so the interface to an actual SP hub would be nicer), but the actual connection should be the same. Shimano may be speccing slightly smaller wires.
