A simple locking sheath for a Shun 7 inch Premier Santoku chefs knife.
I glued the two parts together with Gorilla glue and recommend something similar or a two part epoxy. I do not recommend super glue as it is generally brittle and will quickly fall apart as the design is intensionally a tight fit to keep the cover over the blade.
PLEASE READ BEFORE PRINTING
I had been using and sharpening my knife for around 1 year before designing the sheath so please print part 1 first to ensure it will fit your knife.
If you find that your knife is slightly too large and won't fit into part 1 please let me know and I will draw another with a slightly larger offset to accomodate newer knives.
