I made this as practice for tuning my printer. The Nubs need precise tuning for strength and preventing stringing. This design particularly needs good material too because if it's too brittle, it won't be able to handle the weight or the Nubs holding the shells in place might break off. Print first the "Print Test" model to see the reliability.

The #s is denoted by the number of 2.75 inch 12 Gauge shell it is supposed to be able to carry. If you use a 3 inch or 3.5 inch shell, you will have less capacity although the model has some leeway.

I have uploaded the Tip, Segment, and Endcap so you can build a custom length Speedloader by using your slicer to fuse the models.

I have only been able to print up to the 2s speedloader because of build volume limitations. If you have an Infinite Z printer or a printer with enough Z height, you're welcome to try to print the bigger speedloaders, please comment the results. Too many shells though can result in higher mechanical resistance so you can have a harder time pushing with your thumb. In that case adjust the scaling.

I do not have my own shotgun to fully test the design, but it seems to work as intended using dummy rounds.

Usage Notes:

1: Load the shells near the endcap, there's a notch for the rim
2: Push the shell near the tip
3: Continue loading shells until there's about 1 segment left empty
4: To reload shotgun, put the tip near the loading gate
5: Use thumb to push all of the shells in

Added 1mm more to the inside diameter and reduced the opening angle. It should need less % increase. Might still need to adjust to make the fit more snug or loose depending on how you want the shells to fit and easier to push through.
