I have been printing a lot of these short supports lately. I loved the idea that I could fix a wall mount for holding my phone while going to bed. However I decided to look for a another way to hold my phone than using magnets.
I have used files from doctrian and DagobertDax for this pack of parts. I changed a bit the frame part designed from DagobertDax in solidworks since the V
jaw was breaking a lot on the thinner side. Therefore I made the jaws a tittle thicker with a smoother C
shape.
I included images showing the orientation I am printing them. Some parts like the ball joint or the threaded arms for example will be very weak if printed laid down. If you can, do print the bolt and wall mount also vertically for better strength.
