I bought a house and got a nice pool table in the deal. Woohoo! But, the pool room is slightly undersized. So, in addition to the normal cues, I have two shorties, which never seem to stay in the rack. They tend to fall all over the place. I could have bounced over to Home Depot for something out of the plumbing aisle... But, then it occurred to me I've got the perfect tool at home! Only two nights of design and rework later, and I've got something that works pretty darned well.
