The enclosure can be used as a handheld or foot switch. If your bookshelf has a footwell (such as USM Haller), you can place the Shelly under the cabinet and control the connected lamp with your foot (see image).

You’ll need the following additional parts:
1 standard microswitch (Omron SS-5, SS-10 or similar)
4 pieces of M3 press-fit threads
4 pieces of M3 countersunk screws
2 pieces of 2.5mm cable ties
4 rubber feets (5mm)

You have to solder 2 wires to the switch (COM and NO pin)
