I designed a shell speaker for 1" full range unit, e.g., Aurasound NSW1-205-8A. Full length of the horn is 575mm. You can enjoy the bass sound created by this unique speaker.
Speaker mount is provided as a separate stl file. So, you can design your own mount for other 1" unit as far as the diameter is the same (50.5mm.)
Print upper and lower parts separately. If you want to use it for stereo audio, use mirror function in your slicer.
After printing upper and lower parts, connect the speaker terminal (for diameter 8mm) in the lower part and glue upper and lower parts.
No need to glue the mount. Just put it in the center.
