The latch broke on our Shark Navigator DLX (NV70). I opened it up and built a replacement in Fusion 360. I sliced with Slic3r PE using supports everywhere and 4 or 5 perimeters for extra strength and flexibility in the latch. I printed in AmazonBasics PETG on my Prusa MK3.
Took a bit of work with a dental pick to get the support material out of the spring well. I'd probably approach that differently next time. Maybe cut out a cylinder and then print that separately with a different orientation. Or spring for the MMU2 upgrade and soluble supports. Seems like overkill when my goal was to avoid spending money on a new vacuum.
