Inspired by a few different projects to develop post-apocalyptic building terrain, and the many rulesets for that sort of thing, I've been hacking on OpenSCAD to generate appropriately improvised shacks.
6/7/2016:
- Printed wall-1b and corner-1. I'm happy with the former and not with the latter; the base is too big on the corner. I'll do some hacking on the printed version and then redo the base of the model.
- Almost finished painting wall-1b. Will post when done. I'm happy with it.
6/3/2016:
- Cleaned up alternate ruined wall (wall-1b); no more internal structures to goof up your print.
- Same for the corner (corner-1).
6/2/2016:
- Added alternative version of ruined wall that provides significantly less cover.
- Fixed and updated printable version of shanty-1 to have a built-in brim. This is needed to help Simplify3D have a place for supports to stick to the build plate (at least for me). Eventually I'll part out the whole thing and upload the individual parts so you can split it up however you like, but not until I think things have stabilized.
6/1/2016:
5/31/2016:
- Added corner of ruined shanty.
- Added (probably) printable version of the shed.
5/30/2016:
- Added version that is probably printable. Still needs a method to keep the top in the right position.
- Added a water storage container, sometimes stacked on top of this sort of thing.
- Added a shed. Needs to be broken out into parts for printing.
