A request by a friend who is cosplaying as Mulan.
I modeled a 9mm hole through the middle of the hilt to accommodate a rod or dowel. The blade is made out of EVA foam. The rod goes through the blade to ensure rigidity. A black leather wrap is added to the handle as the final step.
