Summary

REQUIRED

  • CA glue
  • sandpaper
  • M2x8 bolts - 4 per wheel
  • drill bits 1.5mm & 2mm

RECOMMENDATIONS

  • ABS, 100% infill, no cooling
  • 101.2% XY scale for ABS filament
  • Arachne perimeter generator
  • change P01 Z scale for custom offset

ASSEMBLY

  • SAND all sharp edges, bumps and irregularities from printing process
  • DRILL P01 with 1.5mm and P02 with 2.0mm
  • PRESS P02 into P03 with P01 - everything should fit flush
  • GLUE P02 in place - remove P01 prior to gluing, use CA glue
  • FIT P00 into your tire, then put tire onto P03 - make sure that tire bead fits between P00 and P03
  • BOLT P01 and P02 together with M2 x 8mm bolts
  • PRESS P04 into P03 - this is an optional part, customize as you like
