Some years ago I saw this kind of valve being used to prime a siphon to move gas from a tank to another.
I needed one to prime the aquarium siphon so I decided to deisgn my own.
This is a print in place design. Orient the piece with the inlet on the buildplate and you won't need any supports.
This valve fits a 12mm ID tube but I included the Inventor file so that you can customize it.

PS I printed it in resin to obtain a better surface finish. That said the clearances I used are actually intended for an FDM printer.
