This bag handle has a duct for zip-ties on each end. This way, the handle can be semi-permanently attached to a reusable shopping bag.
Just zip tie the handle to one of the straps of the shopping bag and hook the other strap in as needed.
The handle in the photos is a bit bigger than the actual model here, but I was too lazy to take new photos of the smaller print.
