Self watering plant saucer used for hydronics but could be used for soil based plants. I have included a spike where the plastic (PET, SODA) bottle screws in. the idea is to fill the bottle. cover in cling film / Parafilm and then turn the bottle upside down and screw in. This means less spillages and the plant can remain in situ. I am still testing so the design may change. One possible improvement if it works well is to make this a pot rather than a saucer.
