Updated model for Fenrir DUO, closed hole near CD cover hinge, reshaped for easier molding and assembly.
You need to assemble the "piano_superiore.stl" with "portascheda.stl", with the fenrir board already mounted on the card holder. As for "spessore_xxmm.stl" they do not hook up with the other pieces and only act as a thickness, so that the "piano_superiore.stl" remains slightly pressed against the upper shell.
December 27, 2024; updated the attachment system between "portascheda.stl" and "piano superiore.stl", also now there is the possibility of constraining them via 4x16 mm wood screws; improved compatibility with the first version of Saturn (model 1, characterized by oval buttons).
Before printing it is necessary to check and, if necessary, correct the internal holes (horizontal expansion of the holes), for more details: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1747770
The "piano_superiore" must be printed with horizontal correction of the holes enabled (correction limited up to 15mm holes), if the slicer does not handle the model correctly and enlarges the SD card passage hole, then print the 3d model "piano_superiore_no_orizzontal_compensation.stl" which uses enlarged holes.
January 31, 2025; added the "portascheda_ridotta" card holder variant which must be screwed to "piano_superiore" otherwise it would not stay in place, but on the other hand it is more compact and requires less time and filament.
