Here's my attempt at making a Pan/Tilt FPV mount as compact as possible. I've seen many others that are attached to the plane by the Pan servo, which does help reduce the overall height, since most of the Pan servo height is below the servo mount plate on the plane. Unfortunately this also limits the use of the pan/tilt mount to that plane. I wanted something self-contained that could be easily placed and removed. Also, on many designs the pan servo has to support and move the weight of the entire pan/tilt rig. I've done everything I can think of to reduce the vertical and horizontal size of this mount. I'm sure someone will, or already has, come up with something smaller and better, but this one works great for me. I have included the files for three air unit mounting variations. The air unit can be mounted to the bottom of the pan/tilt unit, or behind the pan/tilt unit, or the pan/tilt unit and air unit can be mounted separately. The pan/tilt unit can also be used by itself with other FPV camera/vtx combos. Use "Build Plate" support on the Base and Pinion Gear Cover and "Everywhere" support on the Tilt Servo Mount and Tilt Arm. All other files can be printed with no support.
