The file 'Secure Hopper Lids & Clicker Section Cover For Wheelchair-Mounted Dog Treat Dispenser 3D Printer Model' is (step, stl) file type, size is 1.1MB.
I found the original hopper lid to be very loose, causing it to easily slide around, so I designed some other options. I also designed a cover for the clicker section for when a clicker is not installed.
TPU required for the locking hopper lids (confirmed as working with standard 95A).
Print hopper lids flat side (finger hole) down. Supports not necessary but bridging in the finger hole may be a bit rough - found the loose strands can be pulled off with pliers to improve surface finish. Not yet tested with TPU supports.
The curved top hopper lids can be printed the other way up (default orientation) but require supports. Not recommended unless able to print supports from another material. I had great results on the Prusa XL with eSun PLA+ supports (no top Z distance - soluble full profile).
Supports required to print clicker section lid. Default size was slightly too loose for me - would have required glue. Scaled up in slicer by 0.2 mm in all directions to get press-fit.
STEP files also included for CAD customisation but not recommended for printing from as composed of multiple bodies - model requires repairing in slicer after importing.
