I had an old Sears Roebuck garage door opener and couldn't find a replacement gear online. I estimated the best I could using what was left of the old gear to model a new one. This is a 24 tooth spur gear for a late 70s-early 80's Sears Roebuck 1/4hp garage door opener. Printed PLA on Ender 3 with 1mm nozzle 100% infill, no supports.
The gear fit and worked as it should. But during the process of readjusting the limit switches on the opener after install my circuit board went up in smoke. I guess it wasn't meant to be. Good Luck.
