So I made my own Seamless Photo Sweep Stand, using the clips from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:298955
I had designed a previous seamless photo stand on a remix and looked at other ones as well. But this one I had designed completely on my own.
The clips just snap onto the paper in the notches. You can print them individually or the whole thing at once
Update 5/4/20
Revised B, I have made the notch a little bigger so I can use regular clothes pin to hold the sheet for those who don't want to 3d print the clips

Revised the design to include support for the backside to stay level on table
