The file 'SeaDoo Drain Plug Turner 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 7.7KB.
I recently bought a used SeaDoo jetski and the previous owner let me know one of the bilge drain plugs was stuck and he hadn't been able to remove it. The plug has a fairly small surface to grab onto and it's plastic so a metal tool would probably break it rather than turn it.
So I figured I'd create a 3D printable tool for the job and share it with other fellow jetskiers that might have a similar problem. My ski is a 2022 SeaDoo and I assume the basic design for these plugs that let you drain the bilge after a ride hasn't changed a lot but look at the pic of the plug I've included so you know it's the same one. The plug I have is a bit larger than 1" across and has a curved handle shaped a bit like a tilde (~). I've shaped the opening in the tool to conform to the basic curved shape to give it more support and contact surface area. For me the plug slides easily into the slot and has very little wiggle room.
I don't guarantee it will work for all stuck plugs but it's worth a try (post a comment if you find this useful!). Fortunately the entire drain plug assembly is easily bought online if you break off the handle. I DON'T recommend using this tool to tighten your drain plugs. They should be fine hand tight. Also, this is ONLY designed to unscrew the bilge drain plugs, not any other part of the ski. Please only use it for what it was intended for. I won't be paying for your broken jetski. ;-)
This may work for other jetski models and manufacturers if they have similar drain plug handles. I haven't really looked at other skis to see how common this design is. Please refer to the model images to see what kind of handle this can turn.
