Summary

Galactic credits to Brainrelates for his Single SD Memory card holder design. Here are my remixes with a few changes.

  1. Tightened up the dimensions for a snug fit.
  2. Reduced wall thickness from 1.0 mm to 0.8 mm for printing with a 0.4 mm nozzle.
  3. Added internal orientation keys to prevent backwards card insertion.
  4. Reduced the cutout for strength and removed it from the back side.
  5. Filleted the corners of the cutout to prevent injuries and lawsuits.
  6. Created a key ring version as requested by BioLumo in comments. The loop protrudes 0.4 mm into the path of the SD card, to prevent it from sliding out in your pocket. Use a fingernail in the groove at the top of the SD card to remove it.

March 30, 2017 Update
Added a fillet to the hook for strength and called it SD Card Handy Dandy. Made possible by the awesome powers of Autodesk Fusion 360.
