This is my interpretation of the SanDisk SD Card Standard (probably IP of San Disk). It appears to be an open standard, and you can read all about it by googling "SD Card Prod Family OEM Manual PDF".

With the spiralling costs of SD Cards (eBay now sell 1GB SD cards for over £1) people may feel rather than risk buying one that actually works, they might wish to print one which doesn't actually work.
Please don't print this.
