The file 'SD Card Data Chip / Tile 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 1.4MB.
This is a set of tiles to hold individual SD cards and a rack to hold 10 of the tiles.
I wanted something the was harder to lose and had space for a decently sized label.
I printed all items with a 0.6mm nozzle and the press fit works really well. a vice or a gentle tap with a hammer will seat joins well without glue. The dovetail may toke some work. I had success drawing on the contacting faces with pencil to lubricate the joint and using a vice to gently slide the parts together. A standard 0.4mm nozzle may give better results.
There are a variety of designs.
MICRO tagged files are for the micro SD cards, they are press fit only.
DOVETAIL tagged files are for SD cards and slide together.
RACK tagged files are racks for holding the tiles.
V3 tagged items are for SD cards and are press fit only, one top is blank the other is not.
